How to Register
Please create a new user account and continue the online procedure with your e-mail address and password. Upon submitting the Registration Form, participants receive an automatically generated e-mail summarizing their registration.
A password can be reset via the ‘forgotten password’ link on the log-in page. The new password will be sent to your e-mail account (please also check your spam folder).

- Field Trip
- Welcome Reception
- Dinner at the National Gallery of Slovenia
- Postojna Cave and Casual Dinner at the Ljubljana Castle
- Full day Excursion - Škocjan Caves, Olive Oil Tasting and Walk Through Koper Old Town, 29 February 2024
- Half Day Excursion to Kranjska Gora and Planica, 1 March 2024
- Pottery Workshop at the Slovenian Ethnographic Museum, 2 March 2024

- Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
- VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee
Confirmation of Registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations of registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 26 January 2024 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of EUR 50. Refunds will be paid after the annual meeting has concluded. Please be advised that cancellation received after 26 January 2024 will not be refunded.
